Terms of use
humanos.cemi.ai · Version 2026-10-23 · Effective 23 October 2026
These terms govern the use of humanos.cemi.ai, the digital platform of the Summit HUMANOS 5.0: its agenda, its speakers, its videos, its registration and its assistant. By using the platform you accept them. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The platform is operated by CEMI Collectively Enhanced Multiple Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (Delaware file no. 10647705, EIN 32-0859414), 7801 NW 37th St, DO80Q56188N, Doral, FL 33195, United States. In these terms, “CEMI”, “we” and “us” mean that company. Our Dominican company is COLLECTIVELY ENHANCED MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE CEMI AI SRL (CEMI.ai, RNC 133-76027-4).
The Summit HUMANOS 5.0 is an in-person event with its own official information at humanos5.com. The conditions for attending the in-person event are set by its organisers, not by these terms.
Contact: contact@cemi.ai. Legal notices: legal@cemi.ai.
2. Using the platform
- You may use the platform to consult the programme, get to know the speakers, watch the session videos, register and talk to the assistant.
- Do not use it unlawfully, to harm others, to send unsolicited or deceptive content, to probe or overload its systems, to get around its usage limits or abuse protection, or to collect data about other people.
- We may limit or block access that breaks these terms or puts the platform at risk.
3. Registration
- You register with your xAId account, CEMI’s account, through Google or with a link sent to your e-mail. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the e-mail you use being yours.
- Registration gives you access to the platform as a participant. On its own it is not a ticket to the in-person event and does not reserve a place at it.
- You can cancel your registration at any time by writing to privacy@cemi.ai.
4. The assistant
- The assistant is artificial intelligence. It answers with what this platform publishes, but its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check times, rooms and speakers in the agenda before relying on them.
- Its answers are general information about the event, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and they do not commit the organising team, the speakers or CEMI.
- Do not share sensitive personal data or confidential information with the assistant. What you write is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Each visitor has a daily number of questions, which we may change, and the assistant may be paused when the service’s spending limit is reached.
5. Platform content
- The talks, the panels and their videos belong to their authors, the speakers and the summit’s organising team, as the case may be; the programme and the biographies come from the event’s official programme. The platform’s own design, software and texts belong to CEMI. “CEMI”, its logos and the names of its initiatives are our trademarks or trade names; other trademarks belong to their owners.
- You may watch the videos and read the platform, share links to them and quote short passages with attribution and a link. Any other use, including downloading, reproducing, editing or commercial use of the videos, needs written permission (legal@cemi.ai).
- Do not use the platform’s content to train AI models, or copy it by automated means, without written permission.
- The opinions expressed in the sessions are those of the people who express them. Names of other organisations identify them and do not mean that they endorse CEMI.
6. Other sites
The platform links to sites we do not control, such as humanos5.com. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Availability and liability
- We provide the platform as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, or that the published programme reflects every last-minute change.
- To the extent the law allows, CEMI is not liable for losses arising from the use of the platform or from reliance on its content or the assistant’s answers, including indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not allow to be limited.
- Consumers: if you use the platform as a private individual, the consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies in addition to these terms, and nothing in these terms reduces the rights it gives you.
8. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes with business users go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
- Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of their domicile. Consumers in the Dominican Republic may also go to Pro Consumidor (Instituto Nacional de Protección de los Derechos del Consumidor, proconsumidor.gob.do).
- Before any claim, write to legal@cemi.ai; we always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
9. Language
These terms are published in Spanish, English and French. For users in the Dominican Republic the Spanish version prevails; in every other case, the English version prevails.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which one is in force; the terms in force when you use the platform apply to that use.
